Coaching sessions are either one on one or in a group.
This is a conversation between you and me with a focus on the issue that you wish to address or as part of an effort to identify the issue itself.
Through these sessions we'll aim to gain clarity and understanding through positive and open communication with no fear of judgment or repercussion, but with a willingness to accept the need for change, be accountable for your actions and a commitment do the work required.
Together we'll compile an action plan to overcome and move forward with positivity and tap into your capacity as a strong individual.
With the right support you have the capacity to achieve anything you want to.
The Coaching process is broken down into an Introductory Session to define the issue, Coaching Sessions to work through the issue and create a plan, Follow up Session to close out the process or identify further needs.
If one of our existing packages do not suit your needs I will build a custom package just for you based on our discussions during your Introductory Session.
